mooncake festival

Again and again...... .

I was shocked when I saw there were four pages when I log on to this topic. But there were still no conclusion and yet now is already 1st September.

My summary after 4 pages of discussion is:

(a) Go to search a open field and have a "candle night" there. We eat before we gather and we just have some snacks on during the gathering.

For sure, there will be a lot of mosquitoes if you all choose this option.

(b) Go out, eat and chat as a normal gathering. It is a good idea as well because we gather during the mooncake festival.

Comfortable but there will be no mooncake festival atmosphere.


It is very headache when we want to choose a place. Try to choose a place that everyone knows where is it.

Now, we do not need to care about the number of people as I think there will not have too many peoples (I mean not more than 20) come de. I think only about 10 will really come.

1st we gather together in 1 place eating
- Free n eassy Near gaint a very nice place
then we buy some snack at gaint
after tat we go to 1 person house
-e.g lee peng house play

he means the Free n Easy near giant in connaught 1... he say very good mood there...

hhmmmm.....er.....y use lee peng hse as example d?
anyway, i prefer tan cha hse la..........me myself also duno whr was it.....but if gt guide den ok la.........provided tat d place is nt hard to find..
i nt really agree on going to sb hse to play....tat vry inconvenient.....
so, better go tan cha hse or a nice cafe shop, go thr chat chat til end ba....tis my opinion...

ok lo....den tan cha hse lo....if discuss again, den d gathering sure will fail.....but who can tell whr is tan cha hse, i din know...

tan cha hse is somewhere near lm de... juz opposite the pet clinic only... beside is reborn ( newly open de )...

so better start contacting ppl now...

i'll contact yenn ching, miu yan,li shan,wei leong,wei loong, zhan hua but duno wei loong n sth, nt sure who.....just contact la......but i duno wei loong still using his phone no or nt, cz last time send msg to him, nt delivered..

Finally, everything has been decided. I am glad as my opinion is useful here. Now only left a week time. Hopefully more people will come.

And I am not pessimistic, it is based on my statistic. Everytime gathering, the number of people who will really come is few. Furthermore, the plans were finally "goes off" after few pages of discussion last time. I also hope this time will be different.

If we want to go to someone house, we can decide it after meal. But I am not very support it as we have to move from one place to another and search for parking. Time will be wasted.

our plan now is juz go tan cha hse 1st for the moment... so the most important thing now is to contact ppl and confirm who's coming lo... do post here whether who's coming for tis gathering...

anyway, did any1 ask teacher to go
